The vertical & chest versions are available from 100 ltrs. To 600 ltrs. Capacity as a standard model and upto 2000 Liters against special orders. These Units are available with various constructional options, functional options and add on features. The standard units are with the following features.

CONSTRUCTION

The exterior cabinet of the freezer is constructed out of CRC steel of suitable thickness and grade. The cabinet is 7 tank process pretreated and Powder Coated. The quality of the Powder coating is checked for salt spray test, scratching and coating thickness. Interior is constructed of stainless steel to give better life, corrosion free and easy cleaning of the unit from inside. In case of chest version for every compartment stainless steel double insulated door is provided with hinges and slide latch to restrict the heat loss to the extent of the compartment in use. In case of vertical version every shelf is with individual door to prevent heat losses. Front/Top door with stainless steel panel and gasket with Refrigeration type of heaters to prevent condensation near the door is a standard feature with both the versions. Front/top door key locking arrangement for preventing unauthorized use and safety purpose. PUF insulation varying from 7.5 cm to 12.5 cm depending upon temperature foamed in place or standard blocks in case of very thick insulation.

REFRIGERATION

Strong and reliable refrigeration system is the main feature of all the Freezers. The heart of Freezer i.e. The compressor is either Indian or Imported depending upon the temperature of the Freezer, location of installation , type of use, with or without CFC,Condensers are cutube and A1. Fins Air-cooled type. The fan motor EBM type with external rotor motor with Fan blade of suitable size, press fitted. Sophisticated Refrigeration Controls and accessories such as Oil Separator, Sight Glass or liquid line, Solenoid Valves for hot gas defrost, suction line heat exchangers are the regular accessories. Forced draft system or static ( tube-on-sheet ) type of evaporators from the efficient cooling system in the cabinet.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL & SAFETY ALARM SYSTEM

Depending upon type of the Evaporator the accuracy of temperature can be achieved in the cabinet. It is very much essential to know the type of Evaporator used and accordingly the temperature controlling and safety systems are incorporated in the freezers. For the forced draft system : The frost free system are available -40 ºC temperature with auto defrost arrangement. The defrosting is done without elevating the temperature of the cabinet. This is either done by electronic programmable timers or with the microprocessor controller. Temperature accuracy ± . 5 ºC can be achieved in forced draft systems and ± 2 ºC can be achieved in static system. High/Low Alarm System above and below set temperature can be adjusted between 2 to 10 ºC on either side. The alarms are audio as well as visual type. The audio signal can be acknowledged by the attendant however visual signals persist till set temperature is not achieved . Once set temperature is achieved both the signals disappear. The adjusting of high and low temperature gives flexibility to the user. However same can not be altered by unauthorized person as special parts are provided at the back of the controller and only known to authorized persons or trained person of the user. Power failure alarm activated whenever power fails and persists till it is not acknowledged, otherwise it continues till, battery is totally drained. However rechargeable circuit with 9 volt - NK - CD battery facilities users to take timely action to restore power supply or alternate arrangements to preserve the valuable samples and material stored in the Freezer. Duplex PT-100 sensor is provided for thermograph connection as a regular feature of controller.

MOBILITY

All freezers vertical or chest type upto 600 ltrs. Capacity are mounted on lockable heavy duty castors to enable user to move the freezer with minimum efforts.
