The exterior cabinet of the BOD incubator is constructed out of CRC steel of suitable thickness and grade. The cabinet is pretreated in 7 tank process and powder coated. The quality of the Powder coating is checked for salt spray test, scratching , coating and thickness. Interior is constructed of Stainless steel to give better life, corrosion free and easy cleaning the unit from inside.

REFRIGERATION

Strong and reliable Refrigeration system is main feature of all the incubators. The heart of the Incubator i.e. the compressor is either Indian or Imported depending upon the temperature of the Incubator, location of installation, type of use, with or without CFC. Condensers are cu-tube and A1-fins Air-cooled type. The fan motor EBM type with external rotor motor type with fan blade of suitable size press fitted. Sophisticated Refrigeration controls and accessories such as Oil Separator , sight glass for liquid line, solenoid valves for hot gas defrost, suction line heat exchangers are the regular accessories. Forced draft system or static (tube-on-sheet) of evaporators from the efficient cooling system in the cabinet.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL SAFETY

Since the temperature range required to be maintained within 5 ºC to 50 ºC there is cooling by refrigeration and heating above ambient by heaters. There is a option available for only heating and only cooling mode by using on/off switch connected to either compressor or heater.

The controller is electronic with PT-100 sensor and accuracy ± 1 ºC is normal features. For more accurate .5 ºC or .1 ºC special controllers with special refrigeration unit possible. Timer for programming, illumination etc. are regular features of these Incubators.

Capacities varying from 90 L to 450 Ltrs. Are our standard incubators and any size bigger than this also manufactured against special orders.
